Inviting in Abundance for the New Year

Start off 2026 by inviting in abundance in all of its many forms. Class will begin with a discussion of what the divine is according to the Vedic tradition, followed by an introduction to Lakshmi and chanting a mantra to ask her to bring abundance into our lives.

About the event
Start off 2026 by inviting in abundance in all of its many forms. Class will begin with a discussion of what the divine is according to the Vedic tradition, followed by an introduction to Lakshmi (the form of the feminine divine that brings abundance and wealth) as well as a discussion about what wealth means in this tradition. Class will end with learning and chanting a Lakshmi mantra 108 times to ask that our lives be filled with abundance.
Class is via Zoom and will be recorded. The recording will be sent to all registrants and will be available for 48 hours after class.
